Job Summary

The Project Head – Plumbing & Fire Fighting will be responsible for leading and managing

complete MEP activities, with a primary focus on plumbing and firefighting systems for large

residential and high-rise multi-story building projects. The role includes end-to-end project

execution, billing, coordination, quality control, and team leadership to ensure timely, cost-effective,

and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage MEP works with primary responsibility for plumbing & firefighting systems
- Plan, execute, and monitor plumbing and firefighting works for high-rise residential projects
- Prepare, verify, and certify RA bills, final bills, and variation bills
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, PMC, and client representatives
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and standards
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material planning
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
- Handle inspections, testing, commissioning, and final handover




- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution challenges

Eligibility & Experience Criteria

- Minimum 10 years of experience in plumbing & firefighting for residential/multi-story buildings

Projects

- Experience from commercial, industrial, infrastructure, oil & gas, or other non-residential sectors

will NOT be considered

- Proven experience in billing, BOQ control, variation management, and cost control
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and firefighting systems, codes, and standards
- Ability to lead large site teams and multiple subcontractors

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
