Job Summary

Manju Groups is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct land surveys, measure land boundaries, prepare survey reports, and ensure accurate site measurements for construction and land development projects. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of surveying instruments, land measurement techniques, and survey documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, distances, and site measurements.
- Perform topographical surveys and boundary surveys as required.
- Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS equipment, Auto Level, and Theodolite.
- Collect and record accurate field data and measurements.
- Prepare survey drawings, maps, sketches, and reports.
- Assist in setting out reference points, levels, and coordinates for construction projects.
- Verify land dimensions, boundaries, and elevations according to project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Identify and report discrepancies in site measurements or boundary details.
- Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
- Follow site safety procedures and applicable surveying standards.





Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of land surveying techniques and procedures.
- Experience using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.
- Knowledge of land measurement, levelling, contouring, and boundary marking.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and survey drawing preparation.
- Ability to read site plans, layouts, and engineering drawings.
- Good mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Educational Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
- Relevant surveying certification or practical training will be an advantage.

Experience

- 0–5 years of experience in land surveying or construction surveying preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and practical knowledge may also apply.
