1. Boiler Operation & Maintenance

- Operate and monitor 03–05 TPH industrial boiler safely as per SOP and manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintain required steam pressure, temperature, water level, and boiler operating parameters.
- Carry out routine inspection of boiler, burner/furnace, feed-water system, pumps, valves, gauges, safety devices, and associated equipment.
- Monitor and maintain boiler feed-water quality, chemical dosing, and blowdown.
- Check and maintain boiler fuel system and ensure productive fuel consumption.
- Perform regular blowdown and maintain proper TDS as per operating requirements.
- Monitor boiler efficiency and identify abnormal conditions such as leakage, vibration, pressure fluctuation, or unusual noise.
- Ensure proper functioning of feed-water pumps, condensate recovery system, deaerator/feed tank, and chemical dosing system.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain boiler logbooks, operating records, fuel consumption, chemical consumption, and shift reports.
- Ensure statutory inspection, testing, and safety requirements are followed.

2. Chilling Plant Operation

- Operate and monitor the industrial chilling plant/chiller system.
- Maintain required chilled-water temperature and pressure.
- Monitor compressor, condenser, evaporator, cooling tower, chilled-water pumps, and circulation system.
- Check refrigerant/oil parameters and report abnormalities to the Engineering Department.
- Maintain daily operating parameters and energy-consumption records.
- Carry out routine inspection and cleaning of strainers, heat exchangers, cooling tower, and associated equipment.

3. Brine Plant Operation

- Operate and monitor the brine circulation/chilling system.
- Maintain required brine temperature, concentration, pressure, and flow.
- Check brine pumps, valves, pipelines, heat exchangers, and circulation system.
- Maintain brine concentration as per process requirement.
- Identify and report leakage, pump problems, abnormal temperature, or pressure conditions.

4. Water Softener Operation





- Operate the water softener plant and maintain required soft-water quality.
- Monitor hardness, flow, pressure, and regeneration cycle.
- Carry out regeneration using salt/brine as per SOP.
- Maintain salt level and inspect valves, resin bed, pipelines, and associated equipment.
- Record raw-water and soft-water parameters.

5. RO Plant Operation

- Operate and monitor the RO plant according to SOP.
- Monitor feed pressure, permeate pressure, reject flow, conductivity/TDS, and recovery.
- Ensure proper operation of dosing systems, cartridge filters, high-pressure pumps, membranes, and related equipment.
- Perform membrane cleaning/CIP when required as per procedure.
- Maintain RO operating and water-quality records.
- Report abnormal TDS, pressure, flow, or membrane performance immediately.

Preventive Maintenance

- Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of all utility equipment.
- Check pumps, motors, bearings, valves, pipelines, electrical panels, gauges, and safety devices.
- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical maintenance teams for breakdowns.
- Maintain preventive-maintenance checklists and equipment history.

Safety & Compliance

- Strictly follow plant safety procedures, SOPs, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work systems.
- Ensure safe boiler start-up, shutdown, emergency shutdown, and isolation procedures.
- Regularly inspect safety valves, pressure gauges, water-level controls, alarms, and other safety interlocks.
- Maintain housekeeping around the utility area.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, equipment abnormalities, leakages, and emergencies.
- Follow applicable statutory requirements and company safety/environmental procedures.

Manpower & Shift Supervision

- Supervise Boiler Attendants/Utility Operators during assigned shifts.
- Allocate daily work and monitor operator performance.
- Train operators in safe operation and SOP compliance.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communication of equipment status.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS departments.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
