Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the relevant Arts & Humanities specialization.
- Prepare lectures, presentations, lesson plans, assignments, and examination materials.
- Explain subject concepts through interactive lectures, discussions, and practical examples.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students and guide them in academic projects and research activities.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic events.
- Contribute to research, publications, seminars,



and conferences, where applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master's degree in the relevant Arts, Humanities, or Social Science discipline, as prescribed by applicable regulations.
- Ph.D. and/or NET/SET/SLET qualification, as applicable to the position and prevailing regulations.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Research experience, publications, and relevant teaching experience will be advantageous for senior positions.

Assistant Professor: Eligible fresh candidates may apply.

Associate Professor / Professor: Candidates must meet the applicable experience, research, and qualification requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
