Objective

To provide a warm, safe, and engaging environment that nurtures the holistic (social, emotional, cognitive, and physical) development of young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Classroom Care & Nurturing: Act as the primary caregiver during school hours, helping children settle in, managing separation anxiety, and attending to basic personal and emotional needs.
- Play-Based & Activity Learning: Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons using storytelling, rhymes, games, arts and crafts, music, and hands-on activities.
- Foundational Skills: Introduce basic concepts such as letter/phonics recognition, numbers/counting, colors, shapes, and good hygiene habits.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, bright, and disciplined classroom space conducive to learning and free exploration.




- Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through daily updates, regular feedback on child progress, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Progress Observation: Track and record individual developmental milestones, tailoring support for children who need extra attention.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
