Job Summary
EK Homes is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to handle customer enquiries, generate interest in real estate projects, follow up with prospective buyers, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective customers.
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, advertisements, and other sources.
- Explain project details, property features, location advantages, pricing, and payment options to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain lead status.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and follow-up details in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain professional communication with customers.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly site-visit appointment targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
- Experience in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, customer service, or lead management is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Good Tamil communication skills; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.
- Strong follow-up, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
