Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with appointment bookings and guide them through the payment process.
- Conduct timely follow-ups for pending payments, upcoming appointments, and scheduled consultations.
- Address payment-related queries and support patients in completing transactions successfully.

- Coordinate with doctors and front desk staff to ensure patients receive timely assistance and appropriate information.
