- Oversee daily telesales floor operations (attendance, discipline, call monitoring).
- Allocate databases and ensure CRM discipline across executives.
- Monitor daily targets, pipeline health, and zone/project performance.
- Prepare zone-wise and project-wise reports (Move2Europe vs Europathways).
- Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of telesales executives.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in telesales/inside sales team management.
- Strong leadership, monitoring, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi + English; regional language knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to drive performance under tight monthly targets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
