Telecalling & Sales Executive – Part-Time | Remote

We are looking for a confident, fluent English-speaking Telecalling & Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.

The primary responsibility will be to handle incoming leads through our CRM, speak with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our services, follow up with them, and convert qualified leads into customers.

Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads received through our CRM.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with potential customers in English.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services clearly.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads and work toward conversions.
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
- Keep lead information and follow-up status updated in the CRM.
- Develop a solid understanding of our business, services, and sales process.
- Meet agreed performance and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
- Must be fluent and confident in English during customer calls.
- Strong interpersonal,



persuasion, and sales skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good understanding of customer handling and lead conversion.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or lead conversion is preferred.
- IELTS certification or a good IELTS band score is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent English and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls.
- Comfortable working night hours.

Working Hours

10:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
20 hours per week | Remote

Growth Opportunity

This is initially a part-time position. Based on your performance, communication skills, ability to handle leads, and conversion results, there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
