About Us
Eraya Style is a growing D2C gifting brand. Most of our customers are buying a gift for their partner. All our content is shot in-house, and our videos run as Meta ads and Instagram Reels.
How We Work
Every video starts from a clear plan: who it is for, the idea, the hooks and the shots. We have a set system for research, ideas and planning, and you will learn it and use it.
Most days you shoot from a ready plan. When needed, you also come up with ideas and write plans in our format, and they are approved before the shoot.
What You’ll Do
- Shoot A-roll: people on camera, from approved plans, in batches. Real reactions and real moments, not acted stories.
- Shoot B-roll: product shots from our shot cards. Each product gets its own shot bank, filmed in rounds.
- Appear on camera when a plan needs you, mostly talking to camera in Hinglish.
- When needed, come up with video ideas from our customer research and real reels that are working.
- When needed, write the shoot plan for an idea in our format: hooks, scenes, shots and who is needed.
- Set up lights, background and product before every shot, using our checklist: clean background, clean product, soft light, wiped lens.
- Film long, steady, sharp takes, as many takes as the shot card asks for.
- Upload every take to our Shot Library the same day, named by its shot number.
- No editing. Editing is handled separately.
What We’re Looking For
- Can shoot steady, in-focus vertical video on a phone or DSLR/mirrorless camera with a tripod.
- Knows basic lighting, or is quick to learn it.
- Follows a plan exactly and does not skip steps.
- Can write simple, clear ideas and plans in Hinglish and simple English.
- Watches Reels and knows what stops the scroll in the first 3 seconds.
- Organised, punctual, and keeps the set and files tidy.
- Comfortable on camera in Hindi or Hinglish, natural, not stage-y.
- A showreel, portfolio or Instagram profile is required.

Hiring Process

- A short in-person conversation at our Ghitorni office, where we agree your salary
- Paid one week trial, in office, paid at the salary agreed on day one
- Confirmation, followed by your offer letter
