What you'll do

- Responsible for the preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection molds to ensure smooth production operations and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and analyze MTTR and MSBF performance to improve mold reliability, reduce breakdown frequency, and increase mold availability.
- Track critical mold downtime trends and implement corrective actions to minimize production losses and improve equipment efficiency.
- Prepare root cause analysis (RCA) reports for major mold breakdowns and develop effective corrective and preventive action plans.
- Validate the effectiveness of maintenance activities and corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of breakdowns.
- Ensure timely preparation and updating of MIS reports, mold maintenance records, downtime reports, and action plans.




- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate the availability of critical spares to prevent production stoppages due to material unavailability.
- Perform daily mold maintenance on injection molding machines as per the defined schedule and update maintenance checklists and documentation.
- Carry out mold repair, rework, modification, and component manufacturing activities using conventional machines such as lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines, as applicable.
- Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to improve mold life, productivity, quality, and maintenance efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and other maintenance teams to resolve mold-related issues and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and 5S practices in the maintenance work area.
- Maintain positive employee relations and promote teamwork, discipline, and a safe working environment.
- Identify recurring mold failures and implement long-term solutions to improve mold performance and reduce maintenance costs.

What we are looking for

- Results-driven Injection Mold Maintenance Qualified with hands-on experience in injection mold preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modification. Skilled in mold performance monitoring, MTTR and MSBF analysis, critical mold downtime reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action planning. Experienced in spare parts management, MIS reporting, daily mold maintenance, and maintenance documentation to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production. Knowledgeable in conventional machining operations and Kaizen activities to improve mold reliability, productivity, and product quality. Committed to workplace safety, 5S implementation, teamwork, and adherence to company policies while achieving maintenance and production targets.
