About the Role

Foximize Technologies is hiring an on-site Digital Marketing Specialist & Trainer in Kochi. This dual-impact role involves both driving active digital marketing strategies/campaigns and delivering high-quality, industry-focused training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing and SEO, alongside a passion for mentoring and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

- Training & Facilitation: Plan and deliver engaging, structured on-site classroom sessions and interactive workshops covering core and advanced digital marketing concepts.
- Core Curriculum Covered: Train learners on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Live Projects & Execution: Oversee practical assignments, guide learners through live campaign execution, and execute active digital marketing strategies for internal initiatives.
- Mentorship & Career Preparation: Mentor students through industry certification prep, portfolio building,



and interview readiness.
- Industry & AI Integration: Keep training programs updated with current industry best practices, platform algorithm updates, and up-to-date AI-powered marketing tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Email Marketing.
- Experience with modern AI marketing tools.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
