We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our IT and Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and promoting the company's digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Promote digital marketing services and explain their benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain client databases and update lead status regularly.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Ability to handle client queries and build professional relationships.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
