Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end import logistics and shipment activities from port clearance to factory delivery.

* Coordinate Bill of Entry (BE), Shipping Bill (SB), import licenses and related documentation.

* Monitor and manage import license allotment, utilization and closure.

* Coordinate with CHA, customs, shipping lines, CFS, freight forwarders, transporters and suppliers.

* Plan and monitor vehicle placement, port-to-factory movement and delivery schedules.

* Coordinate port/CFS weighment, container survey, damage inspection and offloading activities.

* Monitor container detention, damage and related charges and take corrective actions.

* Handle shortage, weight discrepancy, QC, container damage and detention claims.

* Follow up on POD Liner,



supplier damage waiver and other shipment-related issues.

* Coordinate with Transport Team to collect Feedback copies and Submit the same with POD Liner to get the SD Amount on time.

* Prepare and maintain IIR, RODTEP, Scrip Sales and other logistics MIS reports.

* Coordinate E-Seal activities and ensure compliance with applicable procedures.

* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with applicable import/export procedures.

* Prepare regular logistics reports and provide updates to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
