The role of a Production Head in an interior company typically involves overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of production staff. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and manage a team: Oversee a team of production staff to foster a team-oriented work environment.
- Set performance goals: Establish and monitor performance goals to ensure team and production meet expectations.
- Oversee production process: From planning to execution, ensure the production process runs smoothly.
- Assign tasks: Distribute tasks based on skills and project needs, ensuring timely project completion.
- Identify and onboard vendors: Work with vendors to ensure production materials meet quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel: Track and report production metrics effectively.
- Strong communication skills: Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of service delivery and ensuring that the company meets its production goals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
