Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Field Boy (Rider) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with banks for preparation, collection, and submission of Tender Documents, EMDs, and Performance Guarantees (PG).
- Submit tender documents and other official documents to government departments, CPWD, PWD, Courts, and other client offices within the stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for procurement of materials as per project requirements.
- Arrange and monitor material deliveries to project sites and obtain delivery acknowledgements.
- Collect and submit invoices, delivery challans, test certificates, gate passes, and other project-related documents.
- Visit project sites for material verification, delivery confirmation, and coordination with clients.




- Maintain daily reports of field activities and submit updates to the reporting manager.
- Handle miscellaneous field assignments, including visits to banks, government offices, courier offices, and client locations.
- Ensure timely execution of all field-related activities while maintaining proper documentation.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Requirements:

- Valid driving license (for two-wheeler).
- Must have own bike.
- Basic knowledge of reading/writing for handling documents.
- Punctual, responsible, and polite in behavior.
