Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Manager to lead and manage industrial automation projects, including system design, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Rockwell and Siemens automation platforms, along with the ability to manage technical teams and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage industrial automation projects from design through commissioning and final handover.
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using Rockwell Automation and Siemens platforms.
- Work with HMI, SCADA, control systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- Review electrical control panel designs, automation architecture,



and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, design, and project engineering teams.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, technical deliverables, and quality standards.
- Conduct system integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions to improve system performance.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and project specifications.
- Guide and mentor automation engineers and technicians.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
