Job Title : Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Industry: Hospitality / Hotel

Shift: 12-hour rotational shifts

Location : Udaipur

Experience : 2-4 Years In Hospitality Industry

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations and booking inquiries.
- Welcome guests and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments.
- Assist guests with their queries and special requests.
- Maintain guest records and ensure smooth front-office operations.

Qualification & Skills:

- Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled attitude and customer-service orientation.
- Flexibility to work in 12-hour rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
