Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Project Manager to coordinate project activities, manage developers, maintain client relationships, and communicate effectively with management. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, robust planning abilities, and the ability to manage project delivery smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Management Communication: Coordinate with management and provide regular project updates, progress reports, and status summaries.

Project Planning: Prepare project plans, define timelines, assign tasks, and monitor project progress.

Client Relationship Management: Communicate with Oman-based clients, understand their requirements, and ensure client satisfaction.

Developer Management: Coordinate with developers, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project delivery.

Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, including progress, pending tasks, challenges, and completed activities.

Project Coordination: Follow up on deadlines, identify project risks,



and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

Team Communication: Ensure clear communication between clients, developers, and management.

Documentation: Maintain project plans, meeting minutes, task trackers, and other project-related documents.

Required Qualifications

Minimum qualification: SC (as specified by the employer).

Good working knowledge of project management and coordination.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.

General knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience in project management or project coordination.

Knowledge of software development processes and developer workflows.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.

Ability to communicate professionally with international clients, especially Oman-based clients.

Salary and Working Schedule

Annual CTC: ₹2,50,000 – ₹4,00,000.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday.

Client Time Zone: Oman.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ernakulam North, Kochi, Kerala
