Management Intern – My Mati Comprehensive Development Agency

My Mati Comprehensive Development Agency is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Intern to support daily business operations, management activities, data management, and coordination. The role involves calling, data verification, record maintenance, and supporting the team in streamlining business processes within the waste management and environmental compliance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily business operations and management activities.
- Make calls to clients, vendors, and other contacts as per the data provided.
- Verify, sort, categorize, and update the given data accurately.
- Maintain call records, follow-up status, and contact information in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp wherever required.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and update MIS records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support management in assigned tasks.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Requirements:

- BBA/MBA students or graduates in Management, Operations, or related fields.
- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets,



and data management.
- Ability to organize data, make calls confidently, and maintain accurate records.
- Attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.

Job Details:

- Work Mode: On-site
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
