- Prepare Tandoori and Chinese dishes at the live counter.
- Handle live cooking and food preparation as per hotel standards.
- Prepare items such as tandoori snacks, kebabs, naan, fried rice, noodles, and Chinese starters.
- Maintain taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Keep the live counter and kitchen area clean and hygienic.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy hours and events.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
Requirements
- Experience in Tandoori and Chinese cooking preferred.
- Experience in live counter operations is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to work in shifts.
