Location : Chintalapadu, Nandigama (Near to Vijaywada, Andhra Pradhesh)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise daily site activities and direct labor gangs as per instructions from Site Engineer
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings/instructions and quality expectations
- Maintain daily labor attendance, productivity and activity records
- Ensure proper handling, storage and use of materials at the work-front
- Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices among workmen at all times
- Report progress, hindrances and material shortages to Site Engineer/Site Incharge
- Coordinate between multiple work-fronts/trades (civil, structural, mechanical) at ground level

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Practical/hands-on knowledge of civil construction activities
- Good team/labor handling and communication skills
- Basic safety awareness and discipline
- Ability to read basic drawings/markings on site
