Education: ITI-Turner, Machinist,

Skill Required:

Practical knowledge of CNC VTL machine operation. Knowledge of vertical turning, facing, boring, grooving, and other machining processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish requirements. Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and machining parameters. Knowledge of tool offsets, work offsets, and component setting procedures. Knowledge of safe handling and clamping of heavy components.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate CNC VTL machines for machining components, 2.Read engineering drawings. 3. Perform component loading, unloading, positioning, centering, and clamping on the machine table. 4. Ensure proper work piece alignment and secure clamping. 5. Select and install appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and inserts as per job requirements. 6. Set tool offsets, work offsets,



and machining parameters. 7. Understand basic G-code and M-code commands and perform authorized program corrections when required. 8. Inspect machined components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and other precision measuring instruments. 9. Identify dimensional variations, tool damage, and machine abnormalities and report them to the supervisor. 10. 1. Maintain production records, inspection reports, and shift handover details.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
