Brilliko Institute of Multimedia, Patiala, is a skill-development institute focused on providing industry-oriented education and practical training in creative and digital fields.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can plan, design, and develop functional, aesthetically appealing, and efficient spaces for the institute. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural layouts, space planning, interior design concepts, and technical drawings while ensuring that the proposed designs meet safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Plan classrooms, computer labs, offices, reception areas, and other institute facilities.
- Develop interior design concepts that create a modern, professional learning workplace.
- Use software such as Photoshop, SketchUp, Autodesk 3D Max, Lumion, Premiere Pro Interactive design, or other relevant design tools.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for proposed projects.




- Estimate material requirements and assist with project budgeting.
- Monitor project progress and ensure designs are implemented according to approved plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, accessibility requirements, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of architectural design, space planning, and building construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D design software.
- Strong visualization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage project deadlines.

Experience

Freshers with strong design skills and experienced candidates may apply, depending on project requirements.
