- Site Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities, including civil, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Execution and Planning: Plan daily work schedules and ensure project activities are completed within the approved timeline.
- Drawing and Technical Coordination: Review architectural and structural drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Manpower Management: Allocate work to site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams and monitor their productivity.
- Material Management: Coordinate material requirements, monitor consumption, and minimize material wastage.
- Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project management teams to resolve site-related issues.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, PPE requirements,



and applicable construction safety regulations.
- Progress Monitoring: Track daily progress, prepare site reports, and report delays or technical issues to the Project Manager.
- Measurement and Billing: Verify work measurements, prepare quantity statements, and support contractor billing and certification.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain site records, inspection reports, material records, daily progress reports, and other project documentation.
- Project Handover: Ensure completion of finishing works, rectification of defects, and preparation of handover documentation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
