We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage daily accounting entries, maintain financial records, and assist with routine accounting operations. The candidate should have working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter daily financial transactions into Tally Prime.
- Maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and bills.
- Maintain ledger accounts and update financial records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account verification.
- Support GST-related entries and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of debit notes and credit notes.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare basic financial reports as required.
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and files.
Required Skills :
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Familiarity with GST entries and invoicing.
- Positive data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain financial records and meet deadlines.
Qualification: B.Com preferred; candidates with relevant accounting qualifications may also apply.
