About the Role

We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist who is energetic, target-driven, and confident in communicating with prospective students, fresh graduates, and job seekers.

The role involves inside sales, lead generation, outbound calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion. You will connect with potential customers, understand their career goals, explain our career-readiness services, and help convert qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective students, fresh graduates, and job seekers.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer/candidate requirements and recommend suitable career-readiness programs.
- Explain training programs and communicate their value effectively.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Handle objections and use consultative selling techniques to improve conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/tracking systems.
- Achieve daily calling, weekly, and monthly sales/enrollment targets.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar sales role.
- Candidates with EdTech,



training, education, or career-services sales experience are highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and target-based sales.
- Ability to build rapport and counsel prospects over the phone.
- Positive follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi or Telugu.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
