Aevevo Technology is a leading innovator in technology committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support various HR functions while gaining valuable industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the coordination of recruitment events and activities.
- Onboarding: Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and assisting with orientation sessions.
- Employee Records: Help maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Training Coordination: Assist with organizing training sessions and workshops, and track attendance and feedback.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as drafting HR documents, managing employee inquiries, and updating HR databases.
- HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives,
providing support and input as needed.
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A solid interest in human resources and career development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous internship or work experience in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.
