Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The candidate will understand customer concerns, coordinate vehicle inspections and repairs, communicate service updates, and ensure a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle servicing requirements.
- Record customer complaints and vehicle concerns accurately.
- Prepare job cards and coordinate vehicle inspections with technicians.
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, and estimated costs.
- Communicate service timelines and expected delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with technicians to monitor repair progress.
- Keep customers informed about service updates and additional repair requirements.
- Explain completed work and service recommendations before vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate billing, documentation, and vehicle handover.
- Follow up with customers after servicing to collect feedback.
- Maintain service records and support customer retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Automobile service experience, preferably in a dealership or service centre.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and service documentation.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- EV industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
