Best P.E.B & Infrastructure fabricates and erects pre-engineered steel buildings – factories, warehouses and industrial sheds. We are hiring experienced site manpower for permanent positions. Work starts Nov 2026.

Role

We are looking for Structural Fitters to fit up and assemble steel members as per drawing, both in the fabrication yard and during erection at site.

Responsibilities

- Fit up built-up sections – flanges, webs, stiffeners, end plates and base plates
- Mark, align and tack-weld parts to drawing dimensions
- Check level, plumb, squareness and gaps before final welding
- Assist in site erection: aligning columns, rafters, purlins and bracings
- Fix and tighten bolted connections
- Use measuring tape, try square, plumb bob, spirit level and hand tools
- Follow safety rules and wear PPE, including harness when working at height

Requirements





- Minimum 1 years' experience as a structural fitter (PEB/steel structure preferred)
- Freshers are also welcomed
- Able to read basic fabrication drawings
- Knowledge of tack welding and use of grinders and hand tools
- ITI Fitter preferred
- Ready for a 12-hour shift and immediate joining
