We are seeking a highly motivated CA Industrial Trainee to join our Corporate Finance team. This role bridges technical financial reporting under Ind AS with strategic treasury operations. Since the company is actively engaged in fundraising initiatives, the trainee will gain unique exposure to capital structuring, investor/lender reporting, and building high-fidelity financial models alongside routine standalone/consolidated reporting.

Core Work Scope & Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Ind AS Compliance

* Consolidation & Standalone: Support end-to-end preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements.

* Technical Accounting: Assist in evaluating accounting implications for financial instruments, debt vs. equity classification,



and compound instruments under Ind AS 109 and Ind AS 32.

* Inter-Company Balances: Reconcile and eliminate cross-holding investments, inter-company loans, and interest schedules for group consolidation.

2. Cash Flow Projections & Liquidity Management

* Maintain rolling weekly and monthly cash flow projections to demonstrate liquidity runways to management and funding partners.

* Variance Tracking: Map actual fund utilization against budgeted cashflow drawdowns to spot deployment gaps.

Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements

* Technical Foundation: Solid grasp of Ind AS (especially Financial Instruments), Schedule III, and corporate capital structures.

* Advanced Excel: High proficiency in complex formulas, scenario analysis, and formatting financial models for external stakeholders.

* Behavioral Trait: Absolute confidentiality and extreme attention to detail when handling price-sensitive fundraising information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
