We are looking for a skilled and experienced CDP – Dimsum Chef to manage the dimsum section of our kitchen. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in preparing a wide variety of dimsum, bao, and other Asian steamed and pan-fried preparations, with a solid focus on authenticity, consistency, quality, and presentation.

- Prepare a wide range of dimsum, including steamed, fried, baked, and pan-fried varieties.
- Have hands-on expertise in preparing bao, cheung fun, dumplings, potstickers, and other dimsum specialities.
- Prepare dimsum wrappers, dough, fillings, and accompanying sauces from scratch wherever required.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portion size, and presentation.
- Manage daily mise en place and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients during service.
- Maintain the quality and freshness of fillings, dough, sauces, and other preparations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
