WE ARE HIRING | Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients to drive business growth.
- Generate leads, develop sales opportunities, and close deals.
- Build relationships with CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, and other key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline, client relationships, and negotiations.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in IT Hardware Sales.
- Must have experience selling routers, servers, and other IT hardware to BFSI clients.
- Robust expertise in new client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Candidates with experience only in IT software sales will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners are preferred as per the requirement.
