We are looking for an experienced Quality Executive with mandatory hands-on brewery experience to join our brewery team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, brewing processes, fermentation, maturation, finished products, and packaging operations comply with established quality, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have prior hands-on experience in a brewery or beer manufacturing facility. Experience in quality control, laboratory testing, brewing operations, and beer quality management is essential.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of brewing processes, laboratory analysis, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, quality documentation, and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout brewing, fermentation, maturation, filtration, and packaging processes.
- Conduct quality checks and laboratory testing of raw materials, wort, beer, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Monitor key quality parameters, including pH, gravity, alcohol content, bitterness, colour, carbonation, microbiological quality, and sensory characteristics.
- Collect samples at different stages of production and maintain accurate laboratory test records.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company quality standards.




- Monitor cleaning and sanitation practices across brewing, fermentation, maturation, filtration, and packaging areas.
- Identify quality deviations and assist in root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and update quality control records, laboratory reports, inspection checklists, and other quality documentation.
- Inspect packaging materials and finished products for defects and compliance with approved specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Brewing, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and handling of laboratory and quality-testing equipment.
- Monitor process and environmental hygiene, including microbiological controls wherever applicable.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce product defects, wastage, and process variation.
- Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory chemicals and samples in accordance with established safety procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
