We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to communicate with potential customers, explain our services, follow up with leads, and support the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
