Ability to develop planning layouts, zoning, and circulation strategies. With an understanding of building codes, byelaws, and design regulations
Prepare and contribute to design and presentation efforts. With proficiency in AutoCAD, Drawing set skills and advanced architectural software (Photoshop, Revit, Illustrator, Rhino and InDesign)
Noted experience in mid to large-scale projects, precisely (Group Housing, Commercial, Mixed-use & Hospitality)
