Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong knowledge of purchasing industrial products in a trading or distribution industry. The candidate should be skilled in vendor management, price negotiation, procurement planning, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchasing of industrial safety products, PPE, road safety products, and other industrial supplies.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
- Prepare purchase orders based on stock requirements and sales demand.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse teams for timely procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Compare quotations, analyze market prices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track supplier performance, pending orders, delivery timelines, and product quality.




- Maintain purchase records, supplier databases, and procurement reports.
- Resolve supplier issues, material shortages, returns, and purchase-related discrepancies.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in industrial product purchasing, preferably in a trading or distribution company.
- Positive knowledge of industrial safety products, PPE, road safety products, and related industrial supplies.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
- Experience in inventory planning and purchase order management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software; Odoo knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial product trading, B2B distribution, procurement, and supplier development will be preferred

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
