Job Title: Insurance Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Operations Executive with a background in automobile dealership workshops and/or motor insurance. The candidate will be responsible for managing insurance-related operations, coordinating with insurance companies, handling motor insurance claims, and ensuring smooth coordination between the dealership, workshop, and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day motor insurance operations for automobile dealership customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for claim processing and approvals.
- Handle insurance claims related to vehicle accidents and workshop repairs.
- Coordinate with service advisors, workshop teams, and dealership management.
- Ensure timely submission of claim documents and follow up on claim settlements.
- Assist customers with insurance policy renewals, claims, and related queries.
- Maintain insurance records, claim reports, and operational documentation.
- Follow up on pending approvals, repair estimates, and claim payments.




- Ensure smooth communication between the dealership, customers, and insurance companies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in an automobile dealership workshop or motor insurance operations.
- Knowledge of motor insurance claims, surveyor coordination, and claim settlement procedures.
- Understanding of vehicle repair estimates and workshop processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple claims and follow up on pending cases.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, authorized service centres, body shops, or insurance broking companies will be preferred.
- Experience in motor insurance claims and workshop operations will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong dealership and insurance coordination experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
