SMEC Labs is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be interested in business development, lead generation, marketing, and client communication.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting the company's services, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential business leads through online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Promote the company's services to potential customers.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support marketing activities and business development campaigns.
- Maintain lead databases and update customer information regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business development goals.





Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and lead generation.
- Confidence in interacting with potential customers.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
