We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to help students build rewarding careers through upskilling. Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals from pre-qualified inquiry databases.
- Guide leads through telephonic and in-person counseling sessions, helping them choose the right courses.
- Follow up consistently via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive enrollments.
- Assist in organizing webinars, career counseling sessions, and virtual info-talks.
- Maintain clean and accurate pipelines using CRM platforms (like Zoho).

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal + written)
- Strong interest in sales through calling and counseling
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive),



and CRM platforms like Zoho
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Business, Education, or Sales background preferred)
- Freshers are welcome
