Key Responsibilities

- Take daily attendance of students
- Supervise and maintain discipline among hostel residents
- Ensure students attend the mess regularly for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Address day-to-day issues and complaints related to the ladies hostel
- Immediately bring any problems, concerns, or incidents to the attention of the management
- Maintain basic records related to attendance and hostel matters
- Ensure a secure, clean, and orderly environment in the hostel

Requirements

- Educational qualification is not mandatory
- Prior experience as a Ladies Hostel Warden will be an advantage
- Should be disciplined, responsible, and able to handle students firmly yet politely
- Ability to communicate clearly with students and management
- Must stay in the hostel (food and accommodation will be provided)

Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
- Food and accommodation provided (mandatory residential role)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
