Head of Performance Marketing – Meta Ads

Experience - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including independently managing Meta budgets of at least ₹25 lakh per month

We are seeking a leader who has personally scaled D2C brands on Meta, with a solid command of customer acquisition economics and the judgment to scale investment profitably.

Salary - 50K to 60K

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

–Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

– Must have independently managed and scaled Meta advertising budgets of at least ₹25 lakh per month.

– Demonstrated success in profitable D2C customer acquisition is essential.

– Strong understanding of Shopify, tracking, attribution, creative testing and D2C unit economics.

– Experience with fashion,



accessories, beauty or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.

– Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, lead creative resources and build an in-house performance team.
