Job Role
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Consultant who can understand client requirements, identify suitable properties from our company database, and guide clients throughout the property search and closure process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, including budget, location, property type, and other preferences.
- Coordinate with the internal team to identify suitable properties available for sale or rent in our company database.
- Share relevant property details with clients based on their requirements.
- Coordinate and assist clients during property site visits.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their concerns and help them make informed property decisions.
- Coordinate with property owners and internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
- Support clients from the initial property search and site visit through to successful closure.
- Build good relationships with clients and ensure a positive experience throughout the transaction.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Any degree is acceptable.
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Willingness to coordinate site visits and work closely with clients.
- A proactive attitude and a focus on achieving sales targets.
Salary and Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and interview performance.
- Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives based on performance, paid over and above the fixed salary.
