Sales Executive – Interior Design & Custom Furniture

Vamshi Shikha Design Studio specialises in bespoke interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes and custom furniture. We are looking for a confident, client-focused Sales Executive who can understand customer requirements, communicate the value of our designs and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and studio visits.
- Understand each client’s requirements, budget, project location and expected timelines.
- Explain our interior design services, materials, finishes and execution process clearly.
- Schedule studio meetings, design consultations and site visits.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare and present proposals and quotations.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain accurate lead records.
- Negotiate within approved pricing and terms, close sales and coordinate booking payments.
- Build relationships with architects,



builders and property consultants to generate referrals.
- Work towards agreed monthly sales targets and share regular progress reports.
- Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design and execution teams.

What we are looking for:

- Sales experience in interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, building materials or real estate is preferred.
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build trust and guide clients through purchase decisions.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits across Hyderabad.
- An organised, proactive approach and an interest in interior design.
