Job Title: CRM Manager (Customer Relationship Management)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused CRM Manager to manage customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and lead the CRM team at Patliputra Vinfast. The candidate will oversee customer interactions, monitor follow-ups, manage customer feedback and complaints, and coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the CRM team and daily operations.

- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies.

- Monitor customer inquiries, leads, bookings, test drives, and vehicle deliveries.

- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and improve the overall customer experience.

- Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams.

- Maintain accurate customer databases and CRM records.

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.

- Track customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and team performance.





- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer relations, or automobile sales.

- Previous team management experience is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the automobile or dealership industry is an advantage.

- Knowledge of customer satisfaction processes and sales follow-up systems.

- Ability to lead a team and maintain solid customer relationships.
