We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our company's online business platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and Justdial.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining online accounts, updating product information, managing orders, handling online enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and Justdial business accounts.
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, and prices.
- Monitor and coordinate online orders.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory information.
- Respond to customer enquiries received through online platforms.
- Update company profiles and product catalogues.
- Monitor platform notifications and resolve account-related issues.
- Prepare reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for daily operations.
Skills Required
- Valuable computer knowledge.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good English communication and typing skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new online platforms.
- Previous e-commerce experience is an advantage.
