- Food Preparation Support – Assist the cook/chef with basic food preparation, cutting, washing, peeling, and arranging ingredients.
- Kitchen Cleaning – Keep the kitchen, work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and hygienic.
- Utensil Washing – Clean and properly store utensils, plates, glasses, and cooking equipment.
- Ingredient Handling – Receive, check, arrange, and store vegetables, groceries, and other kitchen materials properly.
- Stock Management – Inform the supervisor/cook about low-stock or damaged items.
- Food Hygiene & Safety – Follow proper hygiene, food-safety, and cleanliness standards while handling food.
- Waste Management – Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain clean dustbins/waste areas.
- Serving Support – Assist in food serving, packing,



and maintaining the serving counter when required.
- Equipment Assistance – Support the cook in operating and cleaning kitchen equipment safely.
- Team Support – Follow instructions from the chef/supervisor and assist the kitchen team during busy hours.
- Closing Duties – Ensure gas/equipment, kitchen areas, utensils, and storage areas are properly checked and cleaned after work.
- Other Duties – Perform other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
