Role Overview
Career Fixx is seeking a proactive and energetic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening to assess candidates’ skills and experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain constant communication with clients regarding hiring needs.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Manage the complete hiring cycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain organized records of candidates and follow-up until joining.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job positions
- Time management and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
