Job Summary
Mantra Softech is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our team as Customer Success Trainees. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and an interest in customer support and troubleshooting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product-related queries and basic technical issues.
- Provide support through phone calls, emails, chats, and support tickets.
- Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and networking issues.
- Guide customers through product installation, configuration, and usage.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Learn about biometric devices, access control systems, and related products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate or postgraduate candidate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge and understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting and customer support.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and customer-focused mindset.
Training and Compensation
- Training Period: 1 month
- Stipend During Training: ₹10,000 per month
- Post-Training CTC: ₹15,000 per month, subject to successful evaluation and confirmation.
