Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager – Sales & Customer Relationship to manage the complete real estate sales cycle, from lead generation and customer enquiries to property bookings, documentation, registration and post-sales customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have robust sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to independently handle clients and drive booking conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify potential buyers, generate leads through marketing activities, referrals and networking, and manage incoming enquiries.
- Sales & Conversions: Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, property presentations and negotiations to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Site Visits: Coordinate and conduct property site visits, explain project features and address customer queries.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales process.
- Booking & Agreement Coordination: Manage booking formalities, payment follow-ups and coordinate sales agreements and documentation.
- Loan Coordination:



Assist customers with home loan processes by coordinating with banks and financial institutions.
- Property Registration: Coordinate with customers and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth property registration and handover.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain lead records, track conversions, prepare sales reports and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience from initial enquiry through booking, registration and post-sales support.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer relationship management.
- Experience in real estate sales, property marketing or residential projects preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client follow-ups and sales conversions.
- Ability to independently coordinate site visits, bookings and customer documentation.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for property site visits and client meetings.
- Target-oriented, proactive and capable of taking ownership of the complete sales cycle.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with hands-on experience in real estate sales who can independently manage customer relationships, drive property bookings and coordinate the process through registration.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
